The Document Loan Closer Position



is responsible for assisting in the completion of necessary documents needed to complete a financing package for a heavy equipment company. This office has a high volume of applications every month.



Duties and Responsibilities will include: processing lending packages for clients, which includes gathering all required documentation, organizing, scanning, copying and submitting all necessary documentation. In addition, act as the go between with the lender and the client. Must be a problem solver, engaging, and approachable.

High school Diploma or GED equivalent required; Degree or, Past experience working in a bank as a teller or loan processor is a plus. Applicant must be organized and detail oriented with effective follow through. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate telephone etiquette and professionalism required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
