Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain smart card reader solutions for various applications
Provide pre-sales technical support and assist customers in identifying suitable solutions
Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of smart card readers to ensure reliability and security

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with smart card readers and related technologies
Familiarity with smart card reader protocols such as ISO/IEC 7816 and PC/SC standards
Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, encryption, and secure communication protocols
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
