SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall player experience. You will have a direct impact on how players interact with our games, ensuring that our interfaces are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.Core Responsibilities - Influence overall UI art styles and creative direction through your work.
- Create and implement UI artwork within defined look & feel.
- Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging.
- Create vector artwork, iconography, and export rasterized assets that are high quality and optimized for the game.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure UI/UX meets project requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine UI/UX designs.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to UI/UX best practices across the game.
- Optimize UI for different platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your work.Core Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design within the video game industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Experience implementing UI/UX in Unreal.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive design and adaptive layouts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work in games.
- Possess a strong graphic design background and/or understanding of design principles.
