As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated & skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. As a Technical Sales Manager at Expanding Innovations, you will play a crucial role in preparing and providing clinical support for spine cases. The primary focus will be expandable technologies for TLIF, Lateral and ALIF surgical procedures. This includes relationship management and gathering field intelligence. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as a technical and clinical specialist, supporting the launch and market development of Expanding Innovation's full line of products.Responsibilities: - Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for Expanding Innovations' spine surgical devices, demonstrating a strong understanding of their clinical applications.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies within the assigned geography. Assist in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing technical inquiries and providing product training as needed.
- Training and Education: Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders. Keep abreast of product updates and advancements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Expected Travel: Approximately 60-80% within the US, mostly in your designated territory.Qualifications:
