We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead a team focused on commercial projects. The Senior Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing design development, project delivery, stakeholder relations, and studio operations, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet our high standards of quality and innovation. This leadership role requires an individual with a strong architectural background, excellent management skills, and a passion for creating functional, and aesthetically inspiring spaces.Key Responsibilities:Studio Leadership & Management: - Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of TI projects, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement studio processes and best practices to optimize project outcomes and team performance.Project Oversight:
- Lead the design and execution of commercial projects, ensuring that all architectural solutions meet both client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve all design work, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
- Oversee project schedules, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design, budget, and timelines.Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Lead stakeholder presentations, meetings, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and address stakeholder concerns and challenges, providing strategic design solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect with a professional degree in Architecture ( or ).
- 10+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on commercial, tenant improvement or ground up construction.
- Proven experience in leading and managing architectural teams.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Competencies:
