The Strategic Research and Analytics team helps shape how we use data to inform strategies and investments across Marketing, Communications, and Corporate Responsibility functions (M&C) at Intuit. We are looking to expand our capabilities in data analytics, data science, and data engineering. This role will actively partner with analysts, engineers, data scientists, researchers, marketers, communicators, and product managers across a variety of initiatives to deliver operational dashboards that drive business decisions and perform analyses that uncover new insights. If you are an individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering data-driven insights, then this job is for you.Responsibilities - Create and manage success metrics and leading indicators that provide a holistic understanding of performance of key M&C initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data collection processes, and dashboards for operational reporting and exploratory analysis, and provide training to empower stakeholders to self-serve for Intuit brand health and reputation KPIs, internal/external communications, and Intuit for Education.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards that measure performance for internal employees and external communications (social media, earned media).
- Measure the impact of marketing activities using advanced analytical approaches (e.g., attribution, A/B tests, geo experiments, and incrementality models) to help inform strategies, plans, and tactics on an ongoing basis.
- Establish and promote best practices for reporting strategies, data visualization, data interpretation, and data integrity.
- Communicate and influence across all levels of the organization. Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to non-technical audiences, both in oral and written presentations.
- Identify opportunities for developing new data sources, and provide technical leadership around making those data sources high-quality and broadly available.
- Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data anomalies, validate data accuracy, and drive issues to resolution.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across different teams and businesses on cross-functional projects or analytics capabilities.Minimum Requirements
