Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day RCM activities related to home infusion billing and collection
Lead a team of pharmacy RCM analysts and establish goals related to RCM Key Performance Indicators
Coordinate monthly RCM report preparation and present results to stakeholders


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in home infusion RCM
Thorough understanding of pharmacy adjudication software and billing processes
Experience with infusion medical billing, including J coding and processing 835 and 837
