Key Responsibilities

Lead and review processes to compile and communicate financial results, including regulatory and management reporting
Maintain accuracy of financial data through journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
Develop collaborative relationships across divisions to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (required)
CPA, CMA, or MBA (or actively pursuing) (highly preferred)
4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in financial results preparation and interpretation
Proven business partnering skills and strong analytical abilities
