About The Role We're looking for a Sales Leader to help grow our Enterprise sales team. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be responsible for working with your team of Account Executives, providing feedback, coaching and training to ensure quota attainment and overall account development. About You We are seeking a results-oriented, motivated, and thoughtful sales leader who is laser-focused on recruiting and developing a team that is responsible for capturing net-new business within your assigned territory. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing our Account Executives and helping them empower our customers achieve strategic outcomes. You Have: - You have 5+ years of software sales leadership experience.
- You have expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting revenue targets.
- You have consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation.
- You are a talent magnet!
- You have the curiosity to learn technical concepts and articulate them in a way that highlights business value to senior or executive stakeholders.
What You'll Do: - Consistently help your team meet or exceed quota.
- Be considered a top-performing team leader by consistently exceeding team goals.
- Cultivate a team of Account Executives that see consistent month-over-month success.
- Serve as a mentor, leader, or coach to other new peers of the team.
- Provide feedback to the executive team on a regular basis and help them steer the company in the right direction.
Compensation - The cash compensation range for this role is $300,000 - $350,000.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
