About the Role - Define and implement pricing strategies for enterprise SaaS offerings in the DevOps and CI/CD space, including appropriate carve-outs.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to create effective pricing models and drive strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the sales, R&D, and finance organizations to run program management aspects of pricing and packaging initiatives.
- Develop compelling packaging strategies for diverse customer segments that align with business objectives and market demands.
About You - Formal education in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience -
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing and packaging within the SaaS sector, preferably in DevOps or CI/CD.
- Proven experience establishing pricing functions and strategy in similar companies, including knowledge of market dynamics and competitive analysis.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a customer-centric approach and strong communication abilities.
