Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit provider, course, and instructor filings in accordance with state requirements
Utilize multiple systems to track filings and ensure accuracy
Research regulatory requirements and communicate professionally with departments and agencies


Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in Regulatory, Law, Political Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in reading regulations and related industry experience
Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Windows and Excel
