Responsibilities include: Developing new treasury management business and expanding relationships with high-touch clients. Collaborating with Relationship Managers and other business lines to facilitate onboarding of new clients. Creating sales plans to identify the expansion of existing clients alongside Relationship Managers. Leading the RFP process with Relationship Managers and Technical Solutions Consultants. Coordinating and attending municipal and industry trade conferences. Leading consultative conversations with clients to define solutions that meet their goals. Mentoring and coaching junior TM consultants and analysts. Monitoring industry trends and competitive practices related to treasury management. Partnering with Technical Solutions Consultants and product managers to enhance product solutions. Ensuring compliance with bank regulations and policies.About You: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Business preferred. 2-4 years of experience in Treasury Management Sales or related fields. More than 10 years of experience in treasury management sales, service, and/or support required. Extensive knowledge of bank payment systems and treasury management solutions. Proficient in sales principles and practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software applications.Workstyle: Fully onsite.We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits.
