About the role The Americas Analytics Sr. Associate role is responsible for the execution of Analytics & Risk Measurement team responsibilities. This individual will focus on the project management and execution of specific analysis responsibilities at an advanced skill level and lead specialized areas of expertise within the team. What you will do - Review performance calculations and portfolio attribution analysis.
- Collaborate globally with regional analytics teams and oversee data flow from internal and external providers.
- Manage clean hierarchical databases to ensure error free performance data and investment team reports delivered on time.
- Monitor and maintain industry and custom benchmarks. Expert understanding of benchmark composition and methodology.
- Provide expert understanding of the region/asset class's data structure and ability to view/ review/ amend/ analyze the data accordingly.
- Review and approve analytical data for marketing material development including presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and general consultant due diligence.
- Design process and workflow improvements through interactive dialogue with other internal teams.
- Facilitate dynamic interactions with investment team in developing new models and reporting.
- Complete calculations and construction in accordance with the Firm's policies.
- Be an active and proactive SME in Data Governance
- Ensure completion of all ad hoc data requests. Allocate to team members as appropriate.
