We have a restaurant POS solution company headquartered in Manhattan that is currently recruiting Bilingual (Mandarin) Sales Representatives in the Bay Area, Houston, and Dallas. The main responsibility is to promote their restaurant management system. The company was founded in 2013 and has quickly secured the No. 1 market share in the Asian food sector in North America within just a few years. (Sponsorship is not available at this time).What you bring to the table: Inside and outside sales efforts to achieve specified sales goals Sales call to new and existing customers (to up-sell) Identify prospects and leads and attend trade shows Evaluating, analyzing, and reporting changes in the market (prices, competition, customers) Identify specific customer needs Assisting customers with technical support (test and onboarding) Coordinate completion of customer specifications for onboarding Generate written reports Support development of strategic business development Present, negotiate, and follow all new sales through contract execution and implementation, partnering with company resources to support and ensure closure and acceptable implementation expectations Maintain accurate records and client contact information within to ensure accessibility to pipeline/forecasting data Promote a professional company image through prompt, thorough, and courteous prospect interactions Experienced with high-volume sales cycles Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnershipsWho will be the best fit: 2+ years in Software/Restaurant Equipment Sales or Credit Card processing industry Understanding of payment merchant services, restaurant and hospitality industry is highly preferred Experience working in start-up environments Ability to work during weekends occasionally Strong negotiation skills Consultative solution selling experience Strong motivational and presentation skills Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel BS/BA degree in business sales or related field a plusWhat we offer: Flexible working hours and locations Excellent Start-up culture with openness and inclusiveness Young and energetic team Great career growth opportunities Benefits including Health Insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401K, FSA, PTO, etc. Unlimited office Snack box Mentor Program Competitive Salary ( + commission) package
