A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Agile Practice Lead to oversee the adoption and evolution of agile practices within the technology organization.



Key Responsibilities

Facilitate agile development team processes and remove obstacles to enhance collaboration and problem-solving
Establish and manage agile release planning methodologies and backlog management standards
Lead the development of an agile practitioner community and contribute to digital strategy initiatives


Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
10 - 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in Agile delivery
Experience in supporting large-scale Agile transformations
Agile certifications preferred (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM)
Preferred experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and planning tools like Aha More...
