Key Responsibilities:

Perform full lifecycle recruiting and guide applicants through the recruiting process
Leverage talent market intelligence to drive innovative sourcing strategies
Support a broad customer base in a complex, technical environment


Required Qualifications:

US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard-to-find talent
Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday
