Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the National Lending Deposits team, including account opening and customer service
Serve as a liaison for supported Lending lines of business on deposit accounts and banking procedures
Ensure timely processing of servicing requests and provide support for complex customer issues


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in banking operations required
Experience with FIS integrated systems preferred
