Key Responsibilities

Support the Workday Compensation capability area and related HR systems
Collaborate with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team on global merit, bonus, and stock cycles
Conduct requirements analysis and support the development and delivery of functional modifications in Workday


Required Qualifications

BA degree and 8+ years of relevant compensation experience, with Workday knowledge preferred
Experience supporting merit cycles as a business analyst/project manager
3+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining Workday, especially in Advanced Compensation
Additional experience in Workday modules such as Performance, Talent, Benefits, and Recruiting is beneficial
