Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Customer Care staff in responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service excellence standards
Act as a point of escalation for complex customer interactions and provide real-time guidance


Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a contact center environment
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
