A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their commercial legal team supporting business operations in North America.



Key Responsibilities

Support the AMER Sales team by leading negotiations and advising on commercial and legal issues
Collaborate with Product Legal to launch new products and features
Develop and deliver training resources for the Sales team and improve internal processes


Required Qualifications

JD degree or foreign equivalent with good standing membership in at least one US state bar
4+ years of relevant experience in-house or in a technology practice group at a top law firm
Familiarity with legal issues and commercial risks related to hosted data and technology services
Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership
