Visit our Mission and Culture doc here.Position SummaryHeyGen is seeking an innovative and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs. You'll partner with our sales team to engage prospective customers, demonstrate the value of our platform, and provide technical expertise to drive adoption of HeyGen's cutting-edge technology. Your contributions will directly impact customer success, revenue growth, and our mission to make visual storytelling accessible to all.Core ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase HeyGen's platform capabilities.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during the sales process, addressing customer questions and concerns.Solution Design:
  • Translate customer business objectives into technical requirements and implementation plans.
  • Design and prototype solutions that integrate HeyGen's technology with customer workflows.Customer Support & Success:
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of HeyGen solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support to customers during trial periods and proof-of-concept projects.
  • Offer guidance and training to help customers maximize the value of the HeyGen platform.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a feedback loop to the Product and Engineering teams, sharing insights from customer interactions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create technical content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and solution guides.Revenue Enablement:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by aligning customer needs with HeyGen's features and solutions.
  • Support renewals by demonstrating the long-term value of the HeyGen platform.Experience & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven technologies.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in presenting and demonstrating technical products to diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with API integrations.
