Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee scientific studies within a research or laboratory setting
Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful completion of research projects in compliance with regulatory standards
Drive the delivery of high-quality data and achieve project objectives through effective project management


Required Qualifications

Master's Degree required; PhD preferred
Extensive experience in scientific research, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment
Proven leadership and project management skills
