A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to manage aspects of the sourcing process for Travel Buyers and Sourcing Managers.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate audit and final pickup processes with Housing Specialists and hotels
Partner with Event Accounting and Commissions teams to reconcile and reissue invoices
Manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines while fostering collaborative relationships


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of hotel experience with room block expertise is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
Strong organizational and data analysis skills
