Key Responsibilities:

Create partnerships across HR, IT, Payroll, and other functions to support technology and data solutions
Provide functional and technical support, including user assistance and system resource maintenance
Anticipate and recommend solutions to HR business problems and support Workday feature releases


Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience with HCM web-based applications
2+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting
Experience collaborating with HR teams to implement technical solutions
Intermediate Excel skills; PowerBI experience is a plus
