Lead a high-performing team, oversee P&L and operations, expand participant enrollment, build key stakeholder relationships, and leverage data-driven strategies to enhance patient care and program success.Qualifications: Master's degree (or bachelor's with added experience) in healthcare or a related field. 5+ years leading healthcare programs, with a focus on value-based care. 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in senior care.
