We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator reporting the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a face-paced environment, be comfortable multi-tasking, and be able to handle sensitive information with discretion. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with C-suite executives and be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.In this role you will:

• Provide administrative support assisting with day-to-day operations including processing expenses, handling travel arrangements, assisting with office events, etc.
• Coordinate office events, executive travel, and ensuring logistics run smoothly
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Prepare and file documents
• Assist with organizing meetings and ensuring all logistics are in place, such as scheduling conference rooms and preparing necessary materials
• Assist with on-site logistics when executives are in the office
• Prepare, review, and track purchase ordersYou've got what it takes if you have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid office environment with in-office attendance 2-3 times a week or not, depending on business needs and events
