- Litigation Management: Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters pertaining to the entertainment industry, including contract disputes, copyright infringement claims, defamation suits, and other related matters.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues relevant to entertainment law, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and colleagues.
- Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare, review, and edit various legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, contracts, settlement agreements, and other litigation-related documents.
- Courtroom Representation: Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies, in all phases of litigation proceedings, including motion practice, discovery, hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Client Counseling: Advise clients on a wide range of legal issues impacting the entertainment industry, including intellectual property rights, contractual disputes, licensing agreements, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution: Participate in negotiation sessions and alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation and arbitration, to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while minimizing litigation costs and risks.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various practice areas, including transactional attorneys, intellectual property specialists, and corporate advisors, to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients in the entertainment sector.
- Continuing Legal Education: Stay abreast of developments in entertainment law, litigation strategies, and industry trends through ongoing professional development, participation in legal seminars, and membership in relevant bar associations and professional organizations.Qualifications:
