We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Medicine Physician for our Santa Clara, California facility.Full-time annual salary range is $300,000 to $310,020 plus additional potential incentives of $116,000 to $166,000 . Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. Additional incentive opportunities are available based on geographic location, experience and include potential premium pay.Kaiser Permanente is one of the largest providers of occupational health services in California. Our occupational health centers are staffed by physicians who specialize in treating workplace injuries and illnesses and are experienced in return-to-work strategies.These physicians are supported by case managers, physical therapists, and certified medical technicians.
