Diverse practice including securities litigation and regulation, commercial litigation, directors and officers defense, professional liability defense work, Labor & Employment, Legal Malpractice, and Insurance Broker Liability.Professional Liability (including Attorneys, Accountants, Architects, Design Professionals & Engineers, Insurance Professionals, Real Estate Professionals, and Media Professionals, among other professional lines); Labor and Employment; Insurance Coverage; Directors & Officers; Intellectual Property and Cyber Liability; Fiduciary Liability; Reinsurance; Fidelity and Surety; and General Liability (including Products Liability, and Construction Defect, among other areas) matters across the United States.Your responsibilities will include performing legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting with discovery, and appearing in FINRA arbitration or court proceedings.
