This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: - Plan, assemble, install, maintain, and repair building systems. Provide system support and knowledge.
- Conduct routine checks on safety devices. Identify and correct issues.
- Track and implement technical innovations and developments.
- Monitor meters, gauges, and computerized controls.
- Obtain manual control of equipment for necessary adjustments.
- Document relevant events and facts concerning the maintenance and operation of the equipment.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
