Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to older adults
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and update treatment plans
Document services in compliance with Medicare guidelines and provide group and individual therapy



Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Must be licensed in Social Work or Counseling in the state of Colorado
Licenses may include LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT
