Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the integrity of the computerized Master Patient Index (MPI)
Perform data analysis to identify and resolve duplicate/multiple patient files
Investigate and correct errors related to patient contact moves and demographic information


Required Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent experience
2 years of health information management (HIM) experience
MS Office experience
Proficient with Epic
