A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel (US) to support its legal department in SaaS resale and referral operations.



Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments with software reseller and referral partners
Provide advice on risks and suitability of contracts to achieve company goals
Verify and update contract templates to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards


Required Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent education in Canada
3-5 years of relevant SaaS in-house or law firm experience
Familiarity with technology and software-related concepts, particularly SaaS and software reseller agreements
Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
