Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team! Working within the Business Partner Finance team, you'll be a key business partner to the Spectacles team, driving actionable insights/analytics and decision-making that results in achieving financial objectives of the business.What you'll do: - Serve as the primary finance partner to Global Supply Chain leaders, providing data-driven recommendations on capacity expansion, supplier relationships, inventory strategies, and footprint optimization.
- Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities, including process efficiencies, supplier consolidation, and improved inventory turnover, to enhance overall profitability.
- Evaluate and recommend strategies to optimize product flow, warehouse utilization, freight costs, and global distribution networks.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Content, and Partnership teams to support decision-making processes and provide insights that translate into business and product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario analysis, cost optimization strategies, and global procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with other Finance and Accounting teams to help develop insightful forecasting and reporting and drive actionable insights for key leaders.
- Lead and develop analysts on the team to support business partners.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience partnering with senior executives on their business operations, financial planning, and forecasting preferably in the Technology industry.
- Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment and juggling competing priorities under short timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Influence decision-making by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
- Expert-level financial modeling skills, with experience building and operating financial planning tools (Hyperion, Anaplan, etc).
- Solid understanding of GAAP accounting, enabling an ability to understand and forecast intricacies within the income statement.
- Ability to excel in leading in a highly matrixed development environment.Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.Preferred qualifications:
