As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll lead the design, development, and manufacturing of innovative wearable devices that enable scalable data collection, working at the intersection of robotics and consumer technology.What You'll Do:

• Spearhead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge wearable devices, from concept to mass production
• Drive mechanical design decisions while collaborating with electrical, software, and industrial design teams
• Lead DFM/DFA initiatives and optimize designs for manufacturing at scale
• Define and execute testing protocols to ensure product reliability and performance
• Work directly with suppliers and manufacturers to bring products to marketWhat You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience shipping consumer products at scale, with a focus on wearable technology
  • Proven track record in consumer electronics, particularly in products like smartwatches, AR devices, or similar wearables
  • Expert-level proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS)
  • Strong background in DFM, DFA, and manufacturing processes
