Key Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate, and document complex accounting topics, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
Review and approve contracts and partner with business on drafting contracts

Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required; MBA is a plus
