Noblis MSD employees create strategic solutions to help customers reach new levels of mission support and transform their organizations.Noblis MSD is seeking an Entry Level Electrical Engineer to provide electrical engineering expertise to the development, integration, updates and repairs to the electrical components of a fast-paced Navy environment.Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the design and development of electrical systems and components for Navy systems.
- Perform circuit design, modeling, and simulation to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Create and review electrical schematics, writing diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, system engineers, and program managers.
- Support prototype development or production unit builds, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Contribute to design reviews, technical presentations, and project status updates.Candidate must possess well-developed work habits, and an eagerness and enthusiasm for solving electrical engineering challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers who will provide guidance, mentorship and hands-on training. The candidate will contribute to the design, analysis, and integration of electrical and electronic systems, including defensive systems, automated test equipment (ATE), uninterrupted power supplies, power regulators, and analog/digital systems. They will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements and delivery deadlines are met. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Associate's Degree + 3 years of relevant experience OR High School + 6 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to interact directly with customers to extract requirements, generate a plan and report status.
- Familiarity with System Engineering concepts.
- Be able to work independently and interact with government and military active-duty personnel in design and support of system components.
- Familiarity in designing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Must be able to work in a team environment while completing tasks in an unsupervised and self-directed fashion.
- Must have a Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
