Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery and deployment of the company's software for clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their needs
Provide continuous technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple implementation projects concurrently
Maintain accurate records of client configurations and collaborate with product development to enhance functionality based on client feedback


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS support and/or implementation
Experience with Salesforce and project management tools, such as Monday.com, is preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
