And we're only just getting started: Healthcare's watershed moment for AI-powered transformation is here - so join us in creating the technology to power healthcare!What You'll Do: - Provide basic technical support for internal employees through in-person assistance, phone, email, Slack, and remote sessions.
- Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets, network connectivity, and application errors.
- Document and track support requests in the company ticketing system (e.g., Jira).
- Help create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including setting up laptops and workstation equipment.
- Support system updates and basic configuration changes under the guidance of senior IT staff.
- Must be able to work in the office 5 days a week. Our office is located in Mountain View.What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) is a plus.
- Up to 1 year of experience in a technical support role or relevant internship experience.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting MacOS, Windows 10/11, and mobile devices (Android & iOS) is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
