A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDI) Team Lead.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily review assignments and monitor CDI productivity
Perform concurrent record reviews and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate clinical documentation
Develop educational materials for physicians and CDI staff and participate in hiring and onboarding processes


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Must hold one or more of the following: RHIA, RHIT, RN, MD, or CCS
5 years of inpatient coding experience and 3 years of CDI experience
Must maintain relevant credentials and state licensure
