• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates.
• Partner with technical and non-technical hiring managers and interviewers to understand hiring needs, team matching, required skills, and qualifications.
• Implement recruiting processes and programs such as developing targeted outreach campaigns, building connections with industry leaders, and removing any unfair biases from the hiring process.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to understand organizational needs and map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams.
• Enhance Anthropic's employer brand to showcase our mission, culture, and values to candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.You may be a good fit if you:
  • Have 3+ years of experience in recruiting.

    • Be experimental and open to new, creative recruiting ideas for attracting top technical talent.
    • Have experience recruiting for AI/ML, distributed systems, or other highly technical domains.
    • Bring a deep interest in AI safety.Compensation (USD):
      • This role is contract and the expected base pay range for this role is $85 - $110 per hour, 40 hours per week maximum, starting with a 6-month engagement.
      • This role will be employed through our 3rd party talent partner. Please note that this role, as a short-term contract position, will be eligible for benefits as provided by our talent partner.Role Specific Location Policy:
        • While we currently expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time, this role is exempt from the policy to come into a hub but would need to operate during regular Pacific Timezone working hours.Deadline to apply: None.
