Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily operations of call center staff, including performance reviews
Ensure professional and accurate handling of all calls in accordance with company standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Exceptional leadership and analytical skills
