Key Responsibilities

Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers and booking product demonstrations for Account Managers
Conduct high volume engagement through outbound calls and emails
Act as a liaison for customers and internal teams, maintaining all activity logs in Google Sheets/Salesforce.com


Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success, particularly in cross-sell or up-sell roles
12+ months of outbound calling experience
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly professional demeanor
Tenacious work ethic with a desire to excel in performance
