Provide oversight for the Supervisor level within the Support Team and conduct team meetings

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a contact center manager or similar position
College degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Zoom contact center system, and MS Office
