Key Responsibilities

Process product and referral orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and customers to address inquiries
Report order status and trends to the sales force and leadership team


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Two years of experience in a medical claims environment and general office tasks
Understanding of general medical terms
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
