A company is looking for a Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support and drive legal operations.



Key Responsibilities

Provide contract support for various agreements and manage the contracts lifecycle process
Create and maintain a contracts document library and share contract obligations with internal stakeholders
Assist in the development of internal policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy projects


Required Qualifications

A paralegal degree or certificate, or advanced degree in law
Good working knowledge of common commercial agreements and contracting practices
Prior in-house legal department experience preferred, but not required
