Key Responsibilities

Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit and collections, and data entry
Implement and recommend new processes for billing and collections, ensuring compliance with established procedures
Assist in managing employees, including coaching, training, and performing necessary disciplinary actions


Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of hospital billing experience
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with critical thinking and strong organizational skills
