Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagements, managing 10-12 client accounts and delivering financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
Support audit processes and ensure clients are audit-ready, including 990 preparation and filing
Collaborate with team members to enhance financial operations and provide excellent client service


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, including 990 preparation and audits
Proficiency in accounting software, especially QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple clients and their priorities effectively
Experience supporting organizations with budgets ranging from $1-$5M
