A company is looking for an mVT Monitoring Specialist to support patients in the myVisionTrack program and improve patient outcomes through effective monitoring and engagement.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor patients' usage of the myVisionTrack app and document app usage in Salesforce
Follow up with patients to ensure adherence to physician-recommended testing frequency
Coordinate communication between patients, Care Coaches, and healthcare providers


Required Qualifications

Education: COA certification preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a patient-facing role within a healthcare setting, preferably in Ophthalmology
Proficiency in using mobile applications and digital health tools
Strong organizational and documentation skills
