A company is looking for a FinCrime Program Senior Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the fraud program and manage related policies and procedures
Conduct annual fraud risk assessments and address any fraud-related issues from audits or compliance testing
Develop training materials and support fraud technology strategies while serving as a point of escalation for fraud incidents



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 8+ years of fraud operations experience, with at least 5+ years in a management role
5+ years of experience in fraud investigations within banking operations
Experience with banking-as-a-service and/or fintechs is preferred
